Job Abstract

• Answer phone and email inquiries in a timely and respectful manner
• Completing front desk logs, 
• Keeping organized, package rooms, submitting amenity reservations and freight elevators
• Greet residents and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, process packages, etc.
• Ensure that the lobby is always clean and tidy.
• Patrol property and amenity spaces for some locations
• Anticipated resident needs to accommodate them and provide an exceptional experience.
• Provide administrative support to property management teams as needed.
• Working weekends or evenings depending on the shift

• Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule with open availability.
• Knowledge of basic office equipment.
• Competent working with Microsoft office suite.
• Possess a positive attitude and willing to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
