What you’ll be doing...
You'll be interacting with business and IT partners on design goals, requirements, and implementation. You will be responsible for exploring and evaluating user needs to build compelling design concepts and experiences.
Generating innovative ideas, solutions, and opportunities and finding ways to apply those ideas to enhance business results.
Investigating problem statements and creative intelligence to tackle complicated use cases.
Crafting solutions based on sound usability principles, research, and technical feasibility.
Conducting user testing to gain insights and understand needs.
Expressing solutions through design documents such as sitemaps, information architecture, user flows, storyboards, and wireframes.
Partnering with the broader design team on research and integrating findings into design through an iterative process.
Performing competitive audits and providing recommendations.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Cross-channel experience.
Experience in Invision, Sketch, Figma, and Adobe CC.
Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Master's degree with one or more years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of layout composition, typography, color, and interaction design principles.
Experience across consumer and business customer groups.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $127,000.00 and $236,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
