Job Abstract

We are looking for a full time, Food Production Line Lead associate who is available to work an 10 hour shift from 4:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday. This position will assist supervisors in coordinating activities of workers in the assembly or production areas. The production line leads will directly lead 3-5 employees in the packing department, carry out lead responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures, train employees, direct work, and address problems or concerns with the department supervisor.

All positions require the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, repetitive use of hands and arms and standing for an entire 10-hour shift.
