The International Digital Content Coordinator supports international direct-to-consumer e-commerce business within the Skechers International Marketing team. As the team’s digital content steward, this position ensures e-commerce marketing and content stays fresh and up-to-date across international sites. This position works closely with copywriters, advertising teams, merchandisers, and digital content specialists to help ensure brand alignment and consistency across e-commerce sites. Further, this role exercises discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance related to the scheduling and execution of creative campaign briefs, campaign copy, and report submissions.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Support international e-commerce sites by updating web content and imagery based on monthly content and campaign calendars.
- Collaborate with various international digital content coordinators by building and QA’ing e-commerce content and marketing email blasts to ensure successful execution of campaign launches.
- Develop and submit creative briefs for new campaigns, and coordinate with copywriters and graphics team to develop e-commerce assets and copy for campaigns.
- Maintain and track monthly email marketing calendars for international e-commerce sites and produce analytical reports to identify performance and KPIs from A/B test results.
- Develop and maintain copy/translations library to streamline localization process and optimize turnaround time of creative assets.
- Organize and maintain digital assets and documents for tracking purposes.
- Analyze e-commerce campaign performance metrics and produce monthly reports to identify optimization and improvement opportunities for content strategy and execution.
- Localize and maintain new and existing landing pages across various international e-commerce websites to ensure site content stays up to date and consistent with brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing and Merchandising teams, to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and brand strategies.
- Deliver content and digital assets to various international digital content coordinators in a timely manner.
- Participate in meetings/calls with international markets and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and present reports to Digital Content Specialist/Manager and VP when necessary.
- Design and create presentations for meetings and conferences as needed.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in using Adobe Photoshop preferred.
- Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
- Experience working with Google Analytics and Google Ads preferred.
- Basic knowledge of standard web languages (HTML and CSS) preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication working across domestic and international teams.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Fundamental understanding of e-commerce business/structure, including product catalogs and CMS platforms.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
The pay range for this position is $67,000-$72,000.
