We are looking for BROILER COOKS who know how to provide a Memorable Experience for our Guests. Can you:
* Present a warm, friendly and enthusiastic service-oriented attitude * Complete all line set up work on a timely basis * Maintain steam table items, refrigerated items and dry storage items * Ensure that the kitchen is prepared to operate properly and efficiently during dinner shift * Broil all items as ordered and handle re-fires and remakes quickly to ensure Guest satisfaction * Direct backup personnel on timing of preparation for food items needed on the line * Clean your own station and direct co-workers in their side work and assist if needed * Perform any other duties as requested by Chef/Sous Chef/Manager * Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude NO MATTER WHAT * Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff in a friendly, professional manner * Ensure a safe environment for Guests and Employees * Perform these duties with a friendly, professional manner * Provide state & locally required certifications * Be passionate about working in a fast paced, team environment *Be available on ALL Holidays
