The Clorox Company is looking for a highly motivated Sales Planning Senior Analyst to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and reporting sales-related data. You will also play a key role in leading the sales input process for innovation programs and collaborating with the sales team to develop an 18-month Category Plan.

In this role, you will:
- Capture, analyze, and report sales-related data to drive strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop an 18-month Category Plan
- Work with cross-functional partners and customer/field teams to bring Customer perspective.
- Build and update sophisticated reports for sales planning team and BU project teams.
- Create reporting templates to support broad range of internal partners (Business Insights Group, Demand Planning, Analytic Insights, etc.)
- Provide input into integrated customer plan and contributes to business plan release for assigned Category/Brand. Responsible to advocate for assigned customers. Independently gather and interpret data and identify business drivers and opportunities.
- Lead sales input process for core business activities including innovation and forecasting and support them in the development and execution of sales strategies
- Use appropriate tools, processes, resources to support organization.
- Communicate findings with wide variety of partners cross-functionally as Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution of sales initiatives.
What we look for:
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in sales planning, business analytics, or a similar role on a CPG company.
- Proven track record of successfully analyzing sales data and driving insights for cross.functional teams.
- Category knowledge
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
Skills
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Education
- BSc in Business or any related field or equivalent experience.

–Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400
–Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900
