Seeking a Marketing and Communications Consultant to help expand the audience for the Master of Health Care Innovation.
OBJECTIVES: To identify and plan resource-effective marketing and communications opportunities to increase the volume of qualified applicants to the Master of Health Care Innovation.
To propose implementation methods for MHCI staff, possibly with external support.
SCOPE OF WORK: Identify networks and organizations likely to include health care professionals who are eager and able to pursue a Master of Health Care Innovation and grow their impact. Initiate connections (who) and recommend specific methods (how) to engage potential students. Identify opportunities to raise brand awareness among potential students and program champions. Coach MHCI staff on next steps, from initial follow-up through evaluation of efforts and outcomes. Attend check-in calls as needed during the project.
DELIVERABLE: A plan for MHCI staff to implement (possibly with external support), including an annotated list of people contacted, their roles, organizations, and recommended methods to engage potential students and build brand awareness. Include metrics for success and ways to evaluate.
QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate will have relevant experience in marketing and communications as related to the broad health care field, as well as a solid network and awareness of current health care trends. Candidates will have demonstrated success and tangible results in increasing reach, building awareness, and generating and implementing plans.
