WHAT WE'RE DOING
This is a Fleet Support Representative (FSR) role at Jacksonville/Mayport Navy bases supporting the MH60 Seahawk Performance Based Logistics contract.
This position is based at the Lockheed Martin Orange Park, FL warehouse and will be required to interact on a daily basis with personnel from US Navy Fleet O-level, I-level and D-level Maintenance in addition to LM and OEM cognizant engineering organizations for various Avionics subsystems such as Flight Controls and Displays, Radar, ESM, and Dipping Sonar on the MH-60 Romeo and Sierra Platforms supported by the Seahawk PBL.
THE WORK
•The successful candidate will be self-motivated and support the PBL by optimizing O-Level, I-Level and D-Level maintenance effectiveness that will improve overall US Navy Fleet Readiness.
•The candidate will also manage the daily supply chain operations under the Seahawk Performance Based Logistics program with government partners at Fleet Readiness Center Southeast including analyzing FRCSE workload capacity to provided necessary funding and asset allocation to support PBL partnership, resolve quality, and supply chain issues by working with government partners to find creative solutions that meet the objective of all stakeholders.
•Ability to Resolve quality, and supply chain issues by working with FRC partners to find creative solutions that meet the objective of all stakeholders. Find product, and process improvement initiatives by analyzing fleet failure and usage data, and provide OEM support to bring challenges to closure. Analyze fleet maintenance and failure data to provide cost-savings initiatives to USN customer.

• Ability to travel to other US Navy Fleet Locations (North Island, CA, Norfolk, Hawaii, Japan) occasionally to disseminate the latest troubleshooting procedures to US Navy and LM FSRs.

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience.
• knowledge with working on MH-60R production requirements, US Navy 4790 programs, aircraft log books and maintenance records, and US Navy supply chains.
• Superior troubleshooting, fault isolation, and malfunction analysis abilities with exceptional abilities using schematics, wiring diagrams and maintenance manuals for the troubleshooting and repair of integrated avionics/sonar subsystems. • Knowledge of the integrated avionics suite of the MH-60 or similar aircraft, organizational level aircraft maintenance, and integrated avionics systems.
•Expert knowledge of Naval Helicopter Programs
• Knowledge of Navy, NAVSUP and Defense logistics Agency (DLA), provisioning and supply concepts and systems.
• On-site visitation is required at NAS Jacksonville, FL, Mayport NS, FL and the Lockheed Martin Orange Park, FL warehouse is required during normal work week. Off-shift hours and weekend work as may be required as dictated by customer requirements.
