Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for all roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
Track candidate progress through the recruitment process and update relevant stakeholders accordingly.
Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to organize and manage candidate information effectively.
Ability to quickly develop trust and maintain that trust through consistent and effective partnership with assigned client group(s).
Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other key stakeholders.
Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on recruitment status and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Engage passive candidates and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Schedule interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related activities with candidates and stakeholders.
Prepare and distribute job postings on relevant platforms and channels.
Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking sessions.
Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activity and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, correspondence, and recruitment activities.
