The Senior Product Owner builds and leverages strong partnerships across business, technology, and product leadership to implement innovative solutions within the Collaboration Product technologies. They will act as the product evangelist and subject matter expert and serve as the “go to leader” for timely updates to internal and, where applicable, external customers. The role participates in an agile approach via standups, planning and processes. Success in this role requires strong leadership & strategic skills coupled with an astute understanding of the modern identity landscape. Additionally, the successful candidate engages with the broader technology community and vendors to stay abreast of industry innovation that evolves the product offering and internal practices. CANDIDATE PROFILE Required Experience and Education 7+ years of progressive Information Technology experience that includes: 4+ years of technology product management and/or strategy experience that includes technical product roadmap development 4+ years’ experience in product/software development, including design, development, implementation and maintenance of products such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc. 1+ years developing written communications and presentations for diverse stakeholders including executives, business stakeholders and IT teams 2+ years’ project management experience with demonstrated understanding of project management techniques and tools 2+ years’ Agile delivery experience Undergraduate degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Software Development or equivalent experience and certifications Preferred: 5+ years of product management experience with a geographically diverse cross functional team supporting one of the following: Collaboration technologies such as Microsoft 365 including Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, as well as other collaboration solutions such as Box5+ years of experience designing and executing patch management standards for collaboration tools, Office Productivity and Virtual Desktops Product management experience leading or managing platforms within a large, global organization. New York Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $96,038 to $209,169 annually. Washington Applicants Only: The salary range for this position is $96,038 to $209,169 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus. Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
