Job Abstract

Position: Client Services Representative

Location: San Diego, CA

Pay: $20 to $24 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday. Full-time, on-site.

Responsibilities

· Assist clients and internal teams with loss control services

· Monitor and improve service processes

· Act as a liaison between clients, employees, and other parties

· Provide excellent customer service support

· Prepare reports for management

· Oversee new and existing assignments

· Provide follow up to ensure completion of assignments

· Conduct invoicing and data entry support

· Perform quality control tasks

· Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements

· 3+ years of related customer service and administrative experience

· 3+ years of risk and safety insurance experience

· Must have a valid driver's license
