Responsibilities:
This is a customer service student position with responsibilities that include assisting with in-person questions, answering phone calls, answering chats on the Information Technology (IT) website, providing support for Campus Card Services, and/or providing support in the New School technology learning spaces.
Hourly Range: $15 – $19 |
| Minimum Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications: ? Must be customer service-oriented, including an abundance of patience, kindness, and helpfulness. ? Must be tech-savvy with a willingness to learn basic technical troubleshooting. ? Ability to work within IT guidelines and enforce policy and procedures. ? Available to work at least 3 shifts per week, up to a maximum of 19 hours per week. |
| Preferred Qualifications: | Preferred Qualifications: ? Previous experience in a customer service role. ? Comfort in assisting with basic technology troubleshooting and support. ? Stellar communication skills. ? Knowledge of audio/video equipment and multi-media design applications ? Ability to assess problems, troubleshoot, escalate, and report on issues. ? Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. ? Ability to collaborate with multiple teams in the Information Technology organization. |
