Job Description
Validation Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement validation master plans, protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ), and reports for new and existing equipment, processes, and systems.
Coordinate and execute validation activities, including process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare detailed validation documentation, including protocols, test scripts, and validation reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all validation activities.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines (e.g., FDA, ISO, GMP) relevant to the cosmetic and personal care industry.
Participate in internal and external audits and inspections, providing validation documentation and support as needed.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvements and optimization based on validation data and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Production, Quality Assurance) to implement process enhancements.
Training and Support:
Provide training and guidance to manufacturing and quality assurance personnel on validation procedures and best practices.
Support troubleshooting and investigation of validation-related issues.
Risk Assessment:
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential validation issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure validation activities are conducted in a risk-based and efficient manner.

The Successful Applicant
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in validation engineering, preferably within the cosmetic or personal care manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of validation principles and practices.
Proficiency in developing and executing validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO, GMP) relevant to the cosmetic/personal care industry.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
This position is on-site Tuesday thru Friday
