Main Responsibilities:
- ?Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap for digital incentive compensation tools, ensuring they align with business goals and enhance employee motivation and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, sales, finance, and IT teams, to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize features for the incentive compensation platform.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions for incentive compensation, ensuring they are user-friendly, scalable, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of incentive compensation programs through data analytics and user feedback, making adjustments to optimize performance and address any issues.
- Conduct regular training and provide support to end-users, ensuring they understand and effectively utilize the digital tools and features related to incentive compensation.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or other relevant fields
Self-starter with exceptional communication skills and data-driven mindset
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Fluent in English
