About The Role
As the Digital Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and configuring various digital banking platforms in order to optimize key business systems and process flows. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand needs and translate them into technical requirements across business systems. Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, this role will have dotted line accountabilities to all of senior management to ensure that digital systems are efficiently utilized across the organization, fostering a seamless and satisfying member experience.

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with various departments to understand their system requirements and how they contribute to the overall member experience. Develop and implement strategies to optimize systems and processes, ensuring they are user-friendly, efficient, and effective.
Monitor system performance and gather feedback from internal users to continually improve functionality and user experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to member experience and system optimization, incorporating new ideas and technologies when appropriate.
Work in conjunction with the Training team to support employees across the organization on the effective use of these systems to ensure consistent and high-quality member experiences.
Coordinate and support end-user testing on upgrades and projects, including script development and troubleshooting.
What We’re Seeking
3+ years of experience in system optimization, process improvement, or member experience roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information systems, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in financial services will be accepted in lieu of degree.
Experience with Digital Banking platforms (web and mobile) required. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Proficient in Office 365 tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams is required.

Direct experience with Jack Henry’s Symitar core banking solution, MeridianLink Modern, and/or online banking/mobile platforms.
Ability to write routine reports, procedure manuals or guides, and correspondence.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
