Requirements / Qualifications
**NOTE** Internal Applicants are required to submit a current Letter of Introduction, an updated Resume and any additional required documents (new or in need of an update) not on file. Substitutes must submit ALL required documents.
EDUCATION:
Two (2) years of college (48 semester units) OR AA degree (or higher) OR Possess the Proficiency Test for Instructional Aides (No Child Left Behind exam)
6 units Early Childhood Education (ECE) OR
Child Development (CD) preferred 3 units of the 6 in School-Age preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience working with multi-age groups of children in a child care setting.
Must include all six (6) documents to be considered for the position.
- Copy of Transcript (Please see above requirements)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (Must submit both certificates and be valid)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Must Submit Two (2) Current Letters dated within the last twelve (12) months.)
- Proof of HS Graduation (or equivalent )
- Resume
