Provides technical support for various activities such as voluntary mergers and lot line adjustments. Undertakes additional tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN
Licensing and Certifications: Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate valid California driver's license.
Education and Experience: Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in performing a variety of office and fiscal support work, including experience in a position requiring substantial public contact.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN, SENIOR
Licensing and Certifications: Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate valid California driver's license.
Possession of ICC Certification as a Permit Technician. Education and Experience: Two (2) year of experience in technical community development support work comparable to that of a Community Development Technician with the County of Lake.
