We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Engineering Leader to join our team at LaSalle Investment Management. In this role, you will lead a global team of engineers and work closely with product and business teams to leverage technology and drive amazing outcomes for our business.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and staying ahead of emerging technologies and best practices.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable and reliable solutions to drive efficiency and business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate technology solutions into existing systems and processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong focus on engineering and transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing global engineering teams.
- Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies, data-driven architecture, and modern development frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
