Reports to Premium Management for 310 Provisions at Intuit Dome. Manages the operations of premium clubs and performs a variety of duties while providing a pleasant guest experience. May also perform general food service work. Maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service and dining room facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists guests with check out payments or charges through the guest's LA Clippers Application.
- Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion.
- Enters all sales into the point of sales to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
- Follows standard procedures for issuing refunds through technology.
- Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Observes customer purchases in the cafe line and differentiates between standard portions.
- Replenishes condiments, coffee, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
- Monitors all IDs for all bar stand areas before customers enter.
- Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cashless control procedures.
- Ensures compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Ability to adapt and learn new technology/ programs
- Service-oriented and willing to help patrons
- Customer service skills to maintain positive customer relationships, encourage customer loyalty and resolve conflicts
- Excellent communication to interact with team members and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
- Attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory and transaction records
- Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales
- Basic PC knowledge
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as point-of-sales systems
- Strong math skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Team-oriented
