Work Flexibility: Hybrid
This role is responsible for delivering strategic communications for the Joint Replacement division with a focus on:
Developing and executing global communications processes and best practices including sustainable translation process for key languages, collateral and asset review, global internal employee communications, and maintenance of global communications channels.
Establishing and maintaining divisional HQ and regional stakeholder network to enable consistent and effective communications around the world.
Leading change management communications for recent acquisition.
Management of email automation system according to Global regulations.
Sunsetting of existing internal and external communication channels and transition and management of communication channels to Stryker assets including webpages, social media pages, intranet and other digital properties.
What you will do:

Partners on communication strategies to increase access to information for external and internal stakeholders, and promote and protect Stryker’s corporate reputation.
Partners to execute strategic communications for M&A (mergers and acquisitions) activities. Includes but is not limited to announcement and integration.
Writes and edits a full spectrum of business-related publications.
Leads in writing content such as speeches, press releases and other high-exposure documents
Coordinates business plans to identify, recommend and set up writing operations.
Contributes to a climate that cultivates imagination, new ideas, and experimentation.
Champions new initiatives within and beyond scope of position.
Monitors the industry for creative ideas and solutions that can be used internally.
Writes reports and/or articles to the business or professional community.
Prepares and delivers complex presentations to large or critical technical and business audiences.
Delivers formal presentations in a public or professional forum.
Partners to define and organizes the content and flow of a multi-media, multi-speaker presentation.
Advocate for brand guideline implementation and participate in discussions to further our brand
Works with leadership to determine messaging strategy
Designs and develops internal publications and reference materials.
Implements policies and procedures for internal publications, events and announcements.
Generates case studies of effective and ineffective communication.
Promotes the organization's effectiveness of internal communication through major campaigns.
Maintains and optimizes internal channels and ensure connectivity to rest of the company.
Ensure communications are in alignment with the business and company’s strategies, goals, objectives and brand, and ensure review and approvals are in accordance with current processes and procedures.
Develops and implements effective mechanisms for reviewing measurements and assessing progress.
Support the communications strategy for industry association meetings and other trade events.
Communicates events/tradeshow goals and strategy effectively with diverse audiences
Collaboratively work with corporate/commercial/regional communications leads to build communications capabilities and advance opportunities that impact business and company goals.
Provide counsel and strategic communications support to priority regional and country commercial leaders.
Travel up to 50%.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree required
4+ years of work experience
2+ years experience in related field preferred
Marketing experience preferred
French language proficiency preferred
