Project Manager/Project Engineer- Public Works (Staff Augmentation)

Halff has an immediate opening in our Houston, Texas office for a Professional Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in public works projects for the Houston metropolitan area. This position requires strong project management and client relations experience. This position will be assigned to the full time, City of Houston staff augmentation team located in downtown Houston.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
EIT or PE License in Texas
5 to 10 years of experience in Public Works or Drainage projects
Design work with the City of Houston on Storm Water, Neighborhood, and/or Street & Traffic Capital Improvements Projects is a plus
Experience interfacing with clients on a regular basis
Manage the design of multiple projects and consultants to deliver quality projects
Construction phase engineering or management experience
Great communication skills
