Strong problem-solving and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments and roles What YOU'LL do:Create effective, high-impact designs that communicate the Stanford FCU brand and messaging. Develop creative advertising concepts. Develop engaging and accurate designs for email, website, social media posts and ads, digital ads, brochures, direct mail, branch merchandising and signage, vehicle wraps, corporate identity, PowerPoint presentations, videos and other collateral. Manage all department design tasks from concept to completed deliverables; often with minimal copy and direction. Work independently, proactively and efficiently to maximize productivity. Ensure accuracy of each creative element by understanding products, campaign goals and advertising compliance. Route collateral for approval and coordinate changes and feedback from other departments. Oversee multiple marketing projects with attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines. Coordinate workflow between departments, outside advertising agencies, designers, and printers Develop and maintain proficiency in software programs for design and production of various marketing pieces Assist in coordinating and participating in special events to promote the credit union Maintain knowledge and expertise of branding guidelines for partners such as Stanford Alumni Association and Athletics.
