The?Training Coordinator?will be responsible for coordinating training initiatives, ranging from new employee orientation, safety, and production operations for the Palatka manufacturing plant, to include but not limited to researching, developing content, delivering training, and evaluating training effectiveness for new and existing employees.? Training content and methods must be focused on improving performance, efficiency, productivity, safety and engagement.
Coordinate training logistics, such as, scheduling, tracking, record keeping, and maintaining training materials.?
Work cross-functionally to assist in maintaining the site’s training records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist with the development of training materials and courses. Assist with evaluating training effectiveness.
Deliver training using various methods (individual, group, on-the-job, virtual, recorded, etc.)
Assist with training-related reporting.
Run a production line or operation.
Develop and retain an up to date knowledge of current working practices by periodically spending time working with the department specialists and Leads.
Participate in HR, WCM, and EHS activities.

High School Diploma with 5+ years of hands-on continuous manufacturing.
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) is required.
Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension skills.
Math skills required (arithmetic and measurements)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, work independently, and demonstrate basic leadership abilities.
Ability to utilize measurement tools including caliper, micrometer, and tape measure.
