Overview
The Full Time Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to a department and/or corporate functions. This position requires effective communication skills and confidentiality. Ensure a smooth and expedited execution of all administrative details.

Responsibilities
Supports the department by coordinating appointments, meetings, lunches, and travel arrangements as needed.
Answer incoming phone traffic and office voicemail.
Processes daily mail by coordinating ingoing/outgoing and drop off/pick up time sensitive materials.
Maintains orderly records and files by creating organized filing system.
Maintains office supplies including copy and fax equipment, FedEx and miscellaneous office equipment by ordering and tracking as needed.
Contributes to team effort by assisting in special projects as needed and providing administrative assistance to other functional areas.
Processes incentives and orders in SAP.
Reconcile discrepancies in SAP on orders.

Process chargebacks
Share pricing changes and updates with Sales Force
Report pricing to SevenFifty.com
Other clerical work in SAP as needed.
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative position with similar responsibilities
Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
Analytic and Reporting skills
Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Skills using various computer systems including SAP and Workday
Excellent typing and/or work processing skills and transcribing
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
Competencies:
Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.
Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine with a solution readily available.
