Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary	Higher level admin/office support. May include supervision of student workers.
Responsibilities	· Assist with supervision and training of Food Pantry Assistants · Assist with processing request for Food Pantry access · Provide an inviting atmosphere for pantry users · Verify access eligibility upon check-in according to established guidelines · Maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for pantry users · Refer students to additional resources as needed · Maintain food safety standards while working in the food pantry · Maintain stocking of food pantry shelves and the food pantry storage room · Maintain current inventory as items are collected via in-person or online orders · Assemble online pantry orders · Assist with delivery of Second Harvest Food Bank donations · Act as a liaison between Department of Student Engagement and students · Assist in Department of Student Engagement department-wide events . Assist in other duties as assigned . Work up to 15 hours . Must be available on 1st and 3rd Friday of the month for deliveries from Second Harvest Food Bank
Required Qualifications	Fully knowledgeable about the job; be able to handle responsibilities independently and effectively.
Desired Qualifications	· Experience working with food pantry operations · Knowledge of or experience with other campus programs, resources, and services
