The Primary Care Nurse Supervisor will join a 350 + bed, Level 4 Trauma center near Palm Springs, CA.
The Primary Care Nurse Supervisor will report to the Practice Manager and will help oversee the day to day operations of the Internal Medicine Practice. The Primary Care Nurse Supervisor will inspire a culture of respect, diligence and innovation. This is a great opportunity to gain more experience helping run a reputable clinic by overseeing staff, assisting with scheduling, providing training and serving as a department resource. The Nurse Leader will ensure that their team is up to date on their clinical competencies and will actively engage in clinical quality improvement tasks. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience working as Registered Nurse preferably in an outpatient or primary care clinic setting and be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of California.
