What this job involves:
As an Account Communications Specialist at JLL, you will be responsible for implementing effective communication strategies to support our client account. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, exceptional writing abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information. You will work closely with various internal teams and clients to ensure seamless communication and assist in driving engagement and satisfaction.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Developing and executing comprehensive communication plans for client accounts
Writing and editing engaging and persuasive content for various communication channels, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and intranet portals
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely communication of key messages
Conducting research and analysis to develop insights and create targeted communication strategies
Supporting the development of marketing collateral and sales support materials
Monitoring and tracking communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of various initiatives
Providing support for ad hoc communication initiatives and projects as assigned
Maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in corporate communications
Desired experience and technical skills:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with content management systems and email marketing platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Preferred:
Experience in the commercial real estate industry
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms
Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic website editing
Graphic design skills and ability to create visually appealing content
Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:
15,155.00 – 71,000.00 USD per year
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
