Customer Service Representative FT and PT Job Opportunity

• Answering incoming calls

• Excellent problem solving Skills

• QuickBooks SoftwareSkills

• Proficient using Excel Software

• Provide ETA verification of damaged item's

• Sent overseas emails, informing them of issue of the incoming calls with back up of the issue

• Create open tickets for overseas for refunds, replacements and /missing parts

• Provide futurecustomers with item descriptions by navigating vendorwebsite

• Capable of multitasking and using time management appropriately.

Pay $18.00- 20.00
Monday - Friday Schedule
FT: 8:00am - 5pm
PT: 8:00am

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
