What we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced and talented SharePoint and Power Platform Developer to create customized and innovative solutions. As a SharePoint and Power Platform Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, debugging, and implementing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions to address our business needs. You should have a strong background in SharePoint development, coupled with expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will report to the Software Development Director. You will be based in our Long Beach Headquarters and some remote work is allowed.
How you can make an impact
- Designing and developing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements.
- Customizing and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
- Developing custom applications, forms, and workflows using PowerApps.
- Automating business processes using Power Automate (formerly known as Microsoft Flow).
- Creating interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform components.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Staying current with emerging technologies and best practices in SharePoint and the Power Platform ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sharepoint, Power Apps, or Power Automate (i.e. Power Perform tools) required.
- Knowledge of VB.NET or C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Frameworks.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services.
- Experience in SharePoint framework, building sites in hybrid environments, developing and administrating.

Pay range for this position is $ 86K to $120K/year depending on experience. This does not include bonuses or our Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
