Job Abstract

Reporting to the Director of Annual Giving for Providence Philanthropy South Division, the Senior Annual Giving Officer will focus on acquiring, retaining and upgrading annual donors with a goal of significantly increasing the base of annual gifts for 14 hospital foundations in California. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience with annual giving or direct response programs. They should demonstrate strong writing skills with close attention to detail, thoughtfulness toward reaching different audience segments, and creativity in identifying diverse donor entry points. This is a remote position.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; fundraising, business, marketing, communications or equivalent educ/experience
• 5 years Progressively responsible experience in Annual Giving, preferably in a large organization
• 3 years Leadership experience in Project or Program Management
