Role Summary: The Sales Director will establish and nurture high-level relationships with key distribution partners to drive sales expansion. This position is responsible for ensuring that partners actively promote the brand and support other sales team members to optimize growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales and profit targets in the B2B market.
• Develop and implement inventory forecasts and manage distribution levels.
• Lead sales activities for new product introductions and manage product lifecycles.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with regional sales teams and other departments.
• Analyze market trends and competitive data to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a related industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience managing large distribution partners preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
• Understanding of B2B market strategies.
• Ability to learn and communicate product details effectively.
• Experience with key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $90K-100K based on experience, with potential for bonuses.
