The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about developing differentiated instruction and delivering it in exciting ways? Do you know and understand the learning styles that are needed while facilitating soldiers in the development of the skills necessary to execute operations? Bring your passion for developing and delivering a diverse package of training support to our team.

As a training facilitator on our team, you’ll help provide readiness development support training to units and Soldiers while they prepare to impact real-world missions and operations. You’ll expand your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. You'll apply your knowledge and skills to provide effective training support that enables well-planned, mission-focused, command-directed training objectives. You'll develop and deliver field and classroom training that meets the client's training requirements. You'll also collaborate with other departments to shape the environment of the unit's validation exercise and mentor soldiers while they incorporate skills developed from the training you facilitated.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in the Army, including a combination of active duty, Army Reserve, or Army National Guard
• 3+ years of experience assigned as an Observer, Coach, Trainer (OC/T), Drill Sergeant, Small Group Instructor, or an Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Faculty Staff Member
• 3+ years of experience assigned to a maneuver or maneuver support element at the tactical level
• Secret clearance
• Associate's degree
• Ability to obtain Association for Talent Development (ATD) Master Trainer Certification within one year of start date

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with the Army Unit Training Management process
• Experience with producing detailed written reports and evaluations
• Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge of Army Warfighting Functions and their application to unit training and readiness

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
