- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).

Preferred qualifications
- Certification as a CFC Universal Technician from an EPA-approved program.
- 1+ years experience in general building trades.
- Experience processing service requests and/or preventive maintenance requests with a computerized maintenance management system.
- Possesses basic knowledge of hand and small power tools, familiarity with machinery and fundamentals of electricity.
- Able to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
- General knowledge of safe work practices & OSHA regulations, OSHA 10 training.
