Adecco has partnered with one of our favorite clients for a direct hire opportunity!!!! With the home office right outside of down town and servicing the greater Columbus Area we are looking for multiple Concrete Formen. With pay ranging from $30/hr- $35/hr and amazing benefits.

Job Description: Concrete Foreman Commercial experience 5-10 years

Duties & Responsibilities:

Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to do figure material quantities, math skills for reading tapes, measurements, and layout.

Able to read blueprints and rebar shops.

Proficiency with industry hand and power tools, including saws, setting up of laser instruments.

Ability to work with the layout and installation of foundations, keeping grade for excavators, installation of rebar in foundations, setting templates, installation of dowels and placement of foundations.

Building cast-in-place walls and piers, would include setting templates for wall plates for panels, setting forms for walls and piers, installing box-outs for doors, windows, and brick ledges.

Constructing scaffolding and platforms for structural cast-in-place decks.

Checking work for accuracy of work, wall lines, placement of anchor bolts in continuous footer, spread footer, and walls, and piers.

Knowledge of commercial construction and practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control.

To have a good eye for details and be able to check that the work is level, plumb and square.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
