Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team in our Herndon, Virginia office.
This position is in support of our Intelligence Sector and requires a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Cradle-to-grave Contracts support to include proposal activities, contract management/administration, review and processing of modifications, customer/client interface, ability to comprehend risk factors and interpret contractual terms and conditions.
Proficient with the review and development of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (Tas), and Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs).
Continually monitors company policies and procedures to ensure strict compliance with internal and external notifications (i.e., internal reviews, customer/client notifications, etc.)
Works with supervisor to assess and recommend appropriate solutions to resolve high risk performance challenges.
Adheres to contract policies, procedures, methods, operating practices, and performance standards for areas of responsibility.
Responds timely to all external customer/client requests and activities.
Engages in proposal support, ensuring compliance with solicitation/RFP requirements, ability to identify and bound risk.
Assists in responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), Market Research Requests (MRRs), and Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs).
Performs Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) vetting and participates in preparation of OCI plans.
Adheres to strict compliance with Delegation of Authority Matrix
Facilitates and works with stakeholders to complete contract closeouts.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of professional experience related to contracts administration and financials in a government contracting environment.
Experience in administering various contract types (FFP, CR, T&M).
Ability to navigate and interpret FAR, DFARS and supplemental agency clauses.

The projected compensation range for this position is $71,800-$119,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
