Job Abstract

Job Summary/Company:

A Sparks Group client is seeking an HRIS (Oracle Fusion) Solutions Specialist. To ensure the HRIS system functions optimally, this specialist will become a key player. They will actively collaborate across departments and regularly solicit feedback from end-users. This collaborative approach fosters continuous improvement in both the system's functionality and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Optimizes, configures, and designs business process automation solutions for the company's Oracle system.
• Ensures effective operation of the company's HRIS system.
• Coordinates across departments and engages with end users to improve HRIS experience and functionality.
• Requires strong skills in:
  -Business process design
  -Project management
  -Report writing
  -HR system implementation
• Ideal candidate has experience with ERP systems for finance and accounting.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years demonstrating progressively greater responsibility.
• A university degree or equivalent experience honed through professional practice.
• Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion systems, including taking the lead on quarterly upgrades and testing to ensure smooth operation.
