Job Abstract

Responsible for security procedures and protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for any suspicious activity or security breaches. Respond promptly to alarms and other security alerts, taking appropriate action as necessary. Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in security management or a related field preferred. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a security-related field. Strong knowledge of security procedures, protocols, and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using security equipment and systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems. Physical fitness and the ability to perform duties that may require standing, walking, or patrolling for extended periods. Valid NJ SORA license required prior to assignment.
