The Tray Washer is responsible for making sure the tray washing area in the Cheryl's Cookies production facility in Westerville, OH and other areas as assigned are maintained at all times.
Maintain flow of production by assisting packing room with tray carts and emptying trash
Pull tray carts around to baked wires (check schedule day ahead)
Keep "nut" trays (allergens) separated and wash, also include sugar free and low carb trays
Test sink sanitizer water twice daily
Follow color code policy
Utilize wet floor signs as needed
Spray out traywasher, filter, and drains at end of shift
Sweep and squeegee floors as needed
Ensure cleaning equipment, i.e. brushes are kept clean and are properly stored
Clean bake racks, tray cart, tall cake racks, and any other equipment as directed by the QA Manager
Ensure daily checklist is completed
