Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to the electrical engineering team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Support NPI/IB/ATD programs/ projects, with the appropriate resources, skill sets, and assistance in problem solving.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineering, system/ hardware/ software teams, supply chain, and manufacturing, to ensure optimal product performance and seamless integration.
Develop and implement best practices and processes to enhance team productivity, and efficiency.
Recruit talents, mentor and develop the electrical engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth.
Support technical reviews, design evaluations, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in the development of product roadmaps, identifying opportunities for innovation and driving the adoption of emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field)
Minimum of 5 years of RF experience
Minimum of 5 years of medical device product development experience
Minimum of 3 years of project leadership experience
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., IEC, FDA, ISO)
Proven leadership experience in leading and mentoring technical teams
Demonstrated people management skills ?

PhD in Electrical Engineering
7 years relevant RF experience
Design experience in Phased arrays, Tx/ Rc coils for MRI
Extensive knowledge of electrical engineering
Proven ability to work cross-functionally
Demonstrated supplier and manufacturing interface skills
Proven mentoring and coaching abilities; demonstrated ability to motivate & inspire others
Excellent communication, influencing skills, and ability to gain buy-in
Proven LEAN skills
