What You Will Be Doing:
Responsible for developing distinct brand marketing strategies, encompassing tailored customer experience, brand identity, and voice.
Works closely with creative, content, and digital teams to develop brand materials in line with the associated brand and channel strategies.
Works with Customer Insights Lead to conduct market research to understand customers’ brand perception, Customer Experience (CX) opportunities associated with each brand.
Guardian of brand identities and voice, ensures positive brand-aligned customer experience and a distinct brand experience and perception with growers.
Accountable for ongoing management of each brand's documentation and brand books in Trinity DAM system. Within each brand, ensures documentation of any product brand guidelines.
Leads territory and brand marketing teams to adapt branding to resonate with local culture, while keeping the brand true to targeted customer segment, brand guidelines, and brand differentiation principles.
Qualifications
What Sets You Apart:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
More than 5 years of relevant industry experience in Customer Marketing, Brand Management, or a Brand Marketing agency.
Knowledge of best practices in brand marketing implementation in new markets within the agriculture industry and experience leading adaptation of brands into global markets.
Strong understanding of the principals of brand management and experience. Familiarity with tools, technologies, and best practices associated with managing brand guidelines.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with creative, content, and digital teams to develop brand identities with multiple brands. Familiar with channel strategies and best practices in brand development.
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills. PowerPoint skills must be advanced beyond basic slide making and include experience in storyboard development.

WL:4A Salary Range $96,800 - $121,000
