Title of Position: Executive Chef

Job Description: Our Executive Chef must be detail-oriented and highly committed to excellence. The Executive Chef must have great communication skills. As our Executive Chef, you’ll be accountable for all culinary aspects of the business. Selecting, coaching, and developing an outstanding culinary team will be among the responsibilities of the Executive Chef. Maintaining consistently excellent cuisine is also a function of our Executive Chef. Developing the team to exceed expectations and abide by all safety and health standards is crucial as our Executive Chef. All back-of-the-house administrative and financial duties will be the responsibility of the Executive Chef.

Qualifications:

·       Culinary degree preferred, however, 10+ years of Chef experience will be considered

·       The Executive Chef must be able to manage and motivate others while acting as a role model

·       The Executive Chef must possess skills in planning and organizing

·       The Executive Chef must have high volume luxury experience with excellent financial acumen

·       The Executive Chef must have excellent communication skills

·       The Executive Chef must have COVID-19 vaccine or have started the process to be completed within 60 days of employment

·       The Executive Chef must have Managers ServeSafe certification or become certified within 90 days
