The MD will execute project plans for target markets, coordinate planning, and review sessions with key stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities
Support achievement of zero workplace injuries by following and coaching all BBU safety principles and beliefs within the Grupo Bimbo (GB) safety platform.
Engage in market development tours based on customer lists, service details, and new store information.
Execute weekly saturation tours with an emphasis on the value of DSD and BBU’s brands.
Achieve all DSDE Key Objectives and Results (DKORs) for MD role.
Responsible for ensuring all aspects of new accounts are achieved; first day set up, proper orders, and alleviating customer concerns.
Communicates and ensures frontline are enabled and achieving weekly store goals.
Continuously seek out new business opportunities and ways to optimize sales effectiveness.
Ensure a successful onboarding process by coordinating appointments, follow-up calls, and customer service reviews.
Track and report on DKORs to identify areas of improvement.
Participate in location specific weekly meetings to ensure playbook tasks are completed on time.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans against them.
Coordinate efforts with cross-functional sales operations teams to align on and achieve market saturation goals.
