PrideStaff has a great opportunity for a Warehouse Associate with Forklift Certification in  Vista, CA 

Job Description :

Prepare all customer orders including documentation labels shipping requirements o Receiving, storage, shipping of all stock items as per defined policies, procedures and protocols 

Operate fork-lift truck with proper certification and according to rules and regulations governing fork-lift safety

Receiving, storage, shipping of all sample items as per defined policies, procedures and protocols o

Assist with general up-keeping of building and housekeeping functions

 Documentation preparation including bill of lading, certificates of analysis o

Sending certificates of analysis to all customers with shipment, email etc.

 Responsible to retrieve the certificates of analysis/compliance from the C of A database.

 Review daily shipment edit list to ensure orders are being handled to meet customer needs and expectations

 Qualifications and Education:

 UPS Shipping Software (knowledge is an asset)

Forklift Certification

Experience in a similar role 

 High school diploma or equivalencies

Ability to meet physical demands, including reaching, bending, walking, standing, and performing repetitive actions

Self-motivated; willingness to take initiative and accept responsibility with minimal direction

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
