As a Planisware Business Analyst, Job duties include:
\t
Act as the primary business analyst for Planisware, focusing on process improvements and system enhancements.
\t
Collaborate closely with Planisware developers to configure the system and coordinate with informatics and Planisware users.
\t
Develop and maintain Planisware work breakdown structures, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
\t
Support the creation and execution of UAT scripts, and provide adoption support for system enhancements.
\t
Conduct routine monitoring and data quality checks to support project managers in decision-making processes.
\t
Manage and maintain the people table module within Planisware.
Skills:
\t
Extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in managing and supporting project planning and collaboration tools.
\t
Demonstrated project management skills with expertise in scheduling, reporting, and portfolio management.
\t
Ability to implement Project Management methodologies and enterprise systems effectively.
\t
Experience leading global multifunctional project teams and driving process changes or software solution deployments.
\t
Proficiency in delivering role-based business process training and fostering user adoption.
\t
Technical proficiency with enterprise tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Planisware.
