Their extensive reach and solidified position in the market underscore our commitment to accessible, high-quality wireless solutions across diverse retail environments.

• Visible: Visible, as a standalone brand family, caters to the digitally-savvy, single-line customers who prefer streamlined, online-first interactions. This brand is a testament to our adaptability, embracing the digital evolution of customer engagement.

• Simple Mobile: Carving out a niche of its own, Simple Mobile shines as the premier choice among authorized resellers. Its consistent recognition as the most carried brand in Wave7 Research’s prepaid dealer survey for 36 consecutive quarters speaks volumes about its popularity and reliability.

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who possesses strong product management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences. 

• Leading a team and overseeing the review, creation, publishing, and maintenance of content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or any other CMSs/technology, ensuring adherence to established guidelines for smooth, high converting  user experiences and visual consistency.

• Creating a highly engaging digital user experience to achieve our sales targets by understanding and balancing the needs of the business and targeted digital audiences. 

• Partnering with cross functional teams during the development and implementation of key digital solutions that cross multiple brand ordering flows. 

• Conducting regular audits of content to ensure accuracy, relevance and performance.

• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, Experience, Legal, Compliance, Vendors and Agencies) teams to maximize channel performance.

• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital content creation. Proactively anticipating and working towards mitigating risks to project execution or stakeholder engagement.

• Ensuring the team has the resources and skills to troubleshoot any technical issues within the Adobe Experience Manager platform.

• Staying organized and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Communicating effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

• Completing SEO Optimization and Content Localization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine visibility and rankings.

In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Six or more years of relevant work experience.

• Experience with content management, ecommerce, pricing/promotions, website design as a product owner/product manager.

• Experience managing digital journeys for ecommerce transactions in agile environment.

• Management experience.

• Willingness to travel approximately up to 25%.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Understanding of SEO principles aimed at increasing organic traffic and engagement.

• Data driven with ability to analyze, understand and decipher insights from available analytics.

• Use tools like Google Analytics and other reporting and analytics tools like glassbox.

• Ability to identify, trouble shoot, and resolve problems across the digital ecosystem.

• Exceptional communication skills; written, oral and presentation to tell an impactful story. 

• Experience leading teams with relevant experience.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $129,000.00 and $262,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
