What you will do:
As our Senior Strategic Communications Manager for the Global Real Estate & Facilities function, you will lead the development and implementation of strategic communications, with a focus on leading change activities, both transactional and transformational in nature. This leader will partner with leadership, businesses, and functions to lead strategy, development, and execution of communications in support of initiatives, programs, business strategies, and change management.
This includes but is not limited to leadership team communications partnership and support, business reviews, newsletters, change management initiatives, town halls, meetings, and internal announcements.
You will:
Define the vision and lead the strategy for communicating to internal and/or external audiences.
Lead development, planning and execution of communication plans and projects that support the functional strategy, newsletters, town halls, meetings, and organizational announcements.
Lead creation of content to support the functions priorities and initiatives
Evolve our communications platforms and channel strategy to support change, drive engagement and simplify the employee experience.
Serve as communications strategy lead for critical programs; serve as communications advisor and subject matter expert in communications consultation, planning and best practice sharing.
Lead editorial strategy and facilitate execution of highly-visible division wide employees communications and channels.
Provide communications counsel, training and support to senior leaders.
Define clear, measurable goals; use to data to drive improvements.
Collaborate closely with business/function/region communicators to coordinate messaging and drive consistency in execution.
Manage outside strategic communication consultants and agency partners as needed.
Ensure communications are in alignment with the company’s strategies, goals objectives and brand.
Support leadership team communications partnership, business reviews, newsletters, change management initiatives, town halls, sales meetings and internal announcements.
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree required
MBA preferred
10+ years of work experience is required
Project management experience is preferred
Experience in Change Management is highly desirable
Travel Percentage: 20%
