Arrowhead Family Health Center – Fontana, California

• Arrowhead Family Medical Group, Inc.. is a medical group practice located in Fontana, CA that specializes in Family Medicine.
• Two procedure rooms, 30 exam rooms, and three consult rooms.
• Services offered at this facility include Preventative Medicine, Family Health Planning, Women’s Health – OB/Gyn, well-child visits, Immunizations, and Patient Family Education.
