Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, budget, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience as a Commercial Superintendent with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working well in a team environment.
Relevant certifications and a degree in construction management or a related field are preferred.
