Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Brief Description of Position: Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, assist in the coordination of student scheduling, testing, enrollment, attendance, grade reporting, and registration through the use of data processing and provide district and site level support related to a variety of software including the student information system (SIS). Use SIS functionality for query design and Federal, State, and District educational reporting requirements; support users in the operation of educational software, assessment, and management software; perform general clerical duties and various duties in relation to the District’s data systems.
Experience and Education:
Graduation from high school;
Additional related education, preferred;
A minimum of five years experience working with computers in a specialized setting, current student information systems, preferred.
License/Other Requirements:
Must possess a valid California Driver’s License during course of employment; must be insurable at standard rates and maintain such insurability during the course of employment.
