Position Summary:

The Integration Developer is the technical point person for supporting EDI/API customers and processes. This position is involved in the entire EDI process and will include working with EDI Support team and directly with customers to assist with debugging customer code, creating sample code for use by customers, complete production support and project tickets, enhance existing integration offerings, and assist as needed with production support issues and escalations. This is a generalist position, emphasizing breadth over depth to assist a wide range of integration customers with a wide range of questions and challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with API and feeds-based integrations and rollouts
• Troubleshoot reported issues with existing API / Feeds integrations
• Respond to customers questions/inquiries
• Resolve defect tickets and support QA with testing programming changes
• Adhere to all release management and version control policies in place
• Participate in customer/departmental conference calls and meetings as required

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of previous customer service/technical support and/or EDI experience
• 3+ years mixed experience with developing in a combination of PHP/NodeJS/.Net based solutions
• Experience with UNIX scripting (batch FTP, cron, curl, grep)
• Experience with GIT
• Experience with FTP processes, APIs, XML and S/FTP
• Experience with data transformation processes (CSV, XML, JSON)

Desired Skills (not required):

• Progress ABL programming language and/or FDM4 ERP experience a plus
• Working with PromoStandards services (see: https://www.promostandards.org)
